Job Description:

1.) Keys Roles and Responsibilities

Position Summary: the main role of the “Khan Operation Supervisor-Manager-Field” of the Operation  Department is to ensure overall smooth operations - Field of  Cambodian Waste Management.

• Develop KHAN’s operations policies and procedures, and strate  gies, and oversee the implementation by making use of human  resources, and materials, including performance appraisal in th  e KHAN’s operations department that own self in charge;

• Work collaboratively and effectively with other KHAN operatio   ns & departments within  to make sure all KHAN operations po   licies and procedures are being followed and effectively 

    implemented;

• Manage and provide leadership support as well as supervision  and direction to the KHAN operations and Operation–Field Man  ager and other operations staff and workers;

• Develop KHAN operations staff and workers’ capacity through    nternal or external training; 

• Coach and mentor KHAN operations staff and workers to ensu   re that they can deliver effective and  quality fieldwork as assi   and ed plan, target, and expectation, etc.  

• To develop job descriptions for all KHAN operation’s staff and   workers, to ensure carried out their  jobs effectively, on time m   anner and properly. 

 • Ensure all KHAN operations properties are being utilized prop   erly and effectively; 

• Liaise with partner institutions, external agencies, and govern   ment departments (as a point of  contact person) and distribut   e  the incoming information to related departments and Operat   ion  Manager-Field accordingly and timely manner; 

• Oversee daily operations, remedy customer, /related authoritie   s’ complaints promptly, and ensure  customer and authorities   satisfaction metrics and met

• Provide Daily Weekly and monthly progress report to the Opera   tion Manager-Field and  Management. 

• Recruit, hire, and train subordinate staff and workers under he/   she leadership to ensure the Khan’s  operation in charge is qua   lified to meet expectations and target levels.

 • Answer employees’ queries about KHAN operations-related is   sues and refer them to Operation  Manager-Field accordingly a    nd timely manner; 

• Other tasks assigned by the Operation Manager-Field and Man   agement

Job Requirement:

Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree  At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in the operation field or related. 

1. Good in a computer word, excel, google worksheets, etc.. 

2. Good communication in English and Khmer 

3. Flexible and quick learner 

4. Willing to learn new things 

5. Be honest and come to work on time 

6. Like to work with the waste management company Detail-oriented, Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Problem-solving skills, Leadership Confident, selfmotivated, and working under pressure, Ability to solve complex problems. Ability to think strategically

2.) Benefits and Working Conditions

• Working Days: Operation and Operation support 6 days/week ~  8 hours/day or night shift.  

• Holiday: Public / Legal holiday per Gov’t officially announced 

• Insurance: Health & Accident and work-related injury & accide   nt insurance coved by NSSF. 

• Annual leave: 18 days per year and 1.5 days per month (Follow   Labour Law in Cambodia). 

• Legal benefit: Seniority Payment 7.5 days, once every 6 month  s, and eligible only for UDC
