1.)  Key Responsibilities

•  Preparation of project brief for engagement of consultants and outline of design requirements to consultants  (MEP Engineers)
•   Review and ensure MEP design and specifications comply with functioning, practicality, constructability and  value-engineered aspects comply with building norm  
•  Facilitate discussion between consultant and contractor to resolve design and construction in relation to technical issues  
• Preparation and presentation of Consultant Engagement Recommendation (CER) to the Board of Directors 
• Review design development, tender, construction, and handover to ensure design requirements are met  
•  Manage and liaise with consultant and contractor during project implementation on technical matters 
• Responsible for coordination of MEP works to avoid discrepancies and non-compliance on-site  
• -Explore alternative designs and specifications which are beneficial to projects 
•  Review concept, contractor’s work program, and detail design by consultant 
• Liaise with Sales & Marketing to understand product requirement 
• Coordinate information inter-department/ external consultant 
• Ensure design quality aligns with common building practices  
•  Other tasks will be assigned by direct manager.

2.) Job Qualification

• Proven Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a consultant (preferred) or developer firm

•  Good knowledge of machinery and hydraulic, electrical, plumbing, and other MEP programs  
• Has a good team player, goal-orientated, good attitude and interpersonal skills  ueprints, etc

• Good at English or Chinese (optional) communication and computer literacy 
•  Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, STAAD (or equivalent), and MS Office  
• Has experience in Condo or High building project  
• Strong commitment to all health and safety guidelines  
• Confident strong communication presentation skills 
•  the strong creative, initiative, and good at multitasking.
