ABOUT 

US Incorporated as private limited company on 6 April 2020, GCCT was granted a trustee license  on 22 June 2020 from Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) and an approval  in principle on 31 August 2022 from the Trust Regulator on its registration for the trustee  operator in the securities sector. GCCT is a subsidiary company of Golden Cambodia Century  (GCC), the Cambodia's largest diversified conglomerate and holding company originated from  Hong Kong, China, and rooted in Cambodia.

Main duties: 

•  Develop the Trust applications and related Trust documents such as trust  service  information, application form and checklist; 
•  Facilitate the entire Trust transactions for the clients from setting up to  registering the  Trusts with the Trust Regulator / SERC and post-transactions;

 • Maintain the Trust documents such as Trust Deeds, Trust certificates, list of  property  Trusts in the proper filing manner; 

•  Review all client files and legal documents on a regular basis to ensure they  are in  proper compliance; 
•  Liaise with relevant stakeholders such as the Trust Regulator/SERC, land  authority,  custodian banks for the entire Trust transactions;

 • Work closely with the legal & compliance, Company Trustees and Trust  accountant team on the entire process of Trust transactions; and 

•  Prepare mandatory reports for the Management and the Regulators

Qualifications:

 • Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Law (Trust), Finance, Accounting or ACCA 

 • At least 3 years working experience in the related fields, preferably previous     experience in Trust operations or administration 

• Knowledge in Trust law / regulations, preferably qualification for an approved   person  from the Trust Regulator and Securities Exchange Regulator of   Cambodia 

• Excellent written communication skills in Khmer and English; and Mandarin is   a plus 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
