Job Description:

  • Responsible for working and take care of customers, ensuring customer satisfaction through service and provide information about the shipment.
  • Ensure satisfied of customer in highest level.
  • Not abetting the negative behaviors that adversely affect the reputation and finance of the company.
  • Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries via phone, email, online chat etc.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of all company products, services and promotions.
  • Identify and implement new process plan to improve customer support service.
  • Manage large volume of customer calls in friendly and courtesy manner.

Qualification:

  • University degree, major in the relevant fields.
  • Min 1- 2 years’ experience in related field is preferable
  • Good written and spoken English; Chinese or other language is a plus.
  • Good at Internet, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Good skill of Interpersonal communication and Customer Service
  • Ability to work under pressure and have good team work and regular job rotation spirit
  • Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, dynamic
