Job Description: 

• Establish contacts and relationships with key 
• Customs House Brokerage providers 
• Process Customs clearance for importexport sea & air shipments 
• Apply for shipping documents e.g. certificate of origin, import certificate, import permit, etc. 
• To provide and develop Customs House Brokerage and document services 
• Subcontractor reviews and outstanding issues resolution 
• Ensure that days outstanding is minimized in line with service agreements 
• Other duties assigned by manager. 

• Have knowledge of export console clearance process 
• Good computer literate Microsoft office 
• At least 2-year experiences in the field of Customs Clearance 
• Knowledge and awareness of procurement techniques 
• Strong Interpersonal skills to impact & influence internally& externally parties 
• Negotiation skills and Management Skill

• Working Days Monday – Friday : ( 8:00AM – 5:00 PM) Break one hour. Saturday : ( 8:00AM – 12:00AM)
