Job Responsibilities: 

• PC troubleshooting: simple troubleshooting of PC hardware and printer hardware; 
• Install Windows operating system: debug and troubleshoot the operating system; 
•  Install office software: debug and troubleshoot office software; 
• Debugging and troubleshooting of mail system: debugging and troubleshooting of mail system; 
• Familiar with desktop operating system, Office, anti-virus and other Office software;
• Routine network maintenance. 

• Age 20 - 30 years old 
• Languages: English (Chinese preferable) 
• College degree or above, major in computer related is preferred; 
• One year of work experience at Helpdesk, master desktop equipment maintenance and operation technical specifications and processes; 
• Understand the current mainstream desktop operating system, can independently install, configure, basic functions of Windows system; 
• Understand the installation, configuration and function use of the Outlook client of the mainstream public email system; 
• Understand AD domain; 
• Master desktop PC hardware composition, hardware principle, component identification, and be able to carry out basic hardware maintenance.
