Ensure customer statement summit on time
Ensure transaction buy and sell currency are accurate
Prepare buy and sell currency slip
Updating cash flow on time and accurate
Ensure statement to customer on time and accurate
Coordinate with carrier for cash park and collection with the corporate partner
Prepare cash summary for parking and collection
Prepare cash for the transaction following day
Review all transactions are processed in line with policy and procedures and Set up Finance Process
Manage account payable, account receivable
maintain financial transaction and entry transaction into accounting system
Checking the purchase and sale entry data
Inventory reconciliation, Account reconciliation, Bank reconciliation
Product Training to internal and external customer
Coordination of different corporate stakeholders: Operation, Sales and Finance
Ensure customer trade statement are corrected
Prepare related documents for shipments in/out
Other tasks assigned by line manager/management team

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance Banking, Business and Economic, other relevant fields
A minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in Financial industry
Leadership and Management skill Microsoft Word, Excel, Advance Excel and Power Point
Experience expertise computerizes programs, databases, core banking system;
Excellent knowledge data analysis forecasting models
Good at English skill
Ability to work independently and take initiatives
Be able to work under pressure
High motivation ability work without supervision.
