Position Summary:
- Manage diaries and directories, and maintain executive’s agenda meetings/ appointments as instructed by and for Chairwoman and other Senior Management
- Co-ordinate with all senior management and Board member regarding travel arrangements
- Responsible for arranging the events and conferences
- Remind Chairwoman of important tasks and deadlines
- Review business documents for Chairwoman, which may include Agreements/Contracts, calculating and verifying the numbers, terms and conditions, taxations…etc.
- Review the financial statements, revenues and expenses for reporting to Chairwoman, manage cash-related transactions, documents and requests from and by other internal departments, suppliers, vendors, contractors and sub-contractors
- Manage database and filing systems with finance of all Agreements/Contracts, meeting memos, notifications, land titles and other Company’s legal documents and certifications
- Implement and maintain internal procedures, secretarial and administrative affairs and protocols for Chairwoman, including the Company’s stamp, official letters, announcements…etc.
- Support the Chairwoman in her projects, proposals, etc. through research, consultation, team-management
- Maintain the complaints file and ensure all complaints are responded to within target timescales
- Control access to Chairwoman
- Facilitate with another department to collect daily, weekly, and monthly report13. Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
- Handle confidential documents and ensure they remain secure
- Performing other tasks assigned by Chairwoman
- Weekly Report (individual tasks and Department Report)
- Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Performance Report
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in secretarial, internal auditing and administrative affairs;
- Proficiency in Khmer and English, Chinese is a plus
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent letter writing and organizational skills
- Positive thinking, dynamic teamwork, self-motivation, time management, disciplinary, respectful, helpful, supportive, communicative, cooperative and result-oriented;
- Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines and adapt to change
- The ability to pay high attention to details
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Moderate knowledge of protocol procedures, documentation and filing;
