1. Overview 

• Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met 
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action 
• Establishes operational objectives and is involved in developing, modifying, and executing company policies which affect immediate operation(s) and may also have company-wide effect 
• Participates with the Leadership team to establish strategic plans and objectives which impact the overall business operations 
• Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports 
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company 
• Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
• Conducts performance reviews of managers and other subordinate practice areapersonnel• Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actualperformance compared to the business plans
• Seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the company
• Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-termand short-term decision making 

• Contract agreement of 2 years 
• Mother tongue Khmer and fluent in English
• Must have strong working knowledge of SAP Pro software for Medium Enterprisebusiness 
• Proficient user of finance software which includes SAP Pro, QuickBook 
• Has minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience in bothcommericial and audit background 
• BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics 
• Proven experience as a Financial Manager / Senior Financial Manager
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and generalmarket patterns 
• Ability to strategically plan for business growth in both the short term and long-termgain
• Has strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills 
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processesare being used
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations regarding VAT and import duties
• Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus 
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. 
• Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Computer literate and proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
