- Manage / support in implementation of robust loan management software. Prepare accounting processes and do analyse accounting records along with other task allocated with line manager
- Monitor loan repayment schedule and do necessary follow-upsControl & Monitor the whole loan process
- Support credit officer and loan collector in loan related activities
- Prepare daily loan report and share to reporting manager
- Prepare for monthly Tax filling
- Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Degree in Accounting,
- Minimum 5 years working experience in accounting.
- Should be able to work on Advance Excel and accounting Software’s
- Must have good command in English and Khmer (both written and Verbal)
- Must be a team player and able to deliver along with team
- Prior experience in Microfinance business is added advantage
