1. Job Description 

• Managing architect/ finishing works at site to complete as deadline/ schedule 
• Give instructions to workers, sub-contractors and ensure sufficient manpower to meet deadline 
• Supervise and check quality of works and feedback accurately, arrange and coordinate with QA/QC 
• Contact with customer
• Report customer need
• Liaison with architect/draftsman related with the drawing, check drawing in advance to avoid problems 
• Coordinating with Purchaser to ensure material arrived construction site on time 
• Strongly understanding to architectural details, architectural method of works and sequences of works 
• Complete work on time
• Produce and report progress of works to Site Manager/ Construction Manager 
• Performs any other duties as assigned

• Be able to work under pressure with high responsibility and tight deadline 
• Able to arrange works independently
