Division: Business Performance Management

• Assist in designing effective budget models for the projects
• Assess opportunities of new business and business improvement for whole group in different industries 
• Builds market assessments based on consumer behavior
• Be member of the management team in providing strategic Business Development vision and strategic direction to accomplish corporate goals, objectives and growth 
• Participate in industry events such as real estate event and other industries 
• Identify training needs and coaching opportunities to develop highly skilled Business Performance team; 
• Other tasks will be assigned by management 

• Bachelor Degree holder (University) in any business field
• 5 years of relevant experience at least 2 years of experience in management level - Previous working experience in property development industry
• In depth knowledge of Company’s products and services 
• Knowledge of the property development market in Cambodia
• Interpersonal skills, communications skills (Both verbal and written), presentation skills, analytical skills, and people Management skills 
• Read and comprehend financial statements (Business Acumen) 
• Problem solver, positive attitude, Sales Sense, self-awareness, adaptable, dynamic and multitasking.
