Division: Performance Management 

• Propose financial strategy (increase price, reduce cost, etc) 
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of information 
• Preparing consolidated financial report and other customized performance report 
• Analyze financial and operational performance of variety of projects
• Guide cost analysis process by implementing best practice of cost accounting 
• Prepare Profitability Report of variety of projects 
• Increase productivity by proposing template, automated accounting function, and information coordination 
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing other publications
• Identify control weakness and risk of business through data collection and investigation
• Identify and prepare procedure for control testing 
• Plan the required resources with the skills needed to execute the specific audit plan. 
• Conduct special review or investigation for the assigned projects
• Other job assigned by Head of department 

• Pursue ACCA or BA in Accounting or Business 
• Experience in both Auditing and Finance 
• At least 3 years experiences in management role-
• Have knowledge in corporate finance, developing standards, quality management, process improvement, cost accounting, statistical analysis 
• Good at financial planning and strategy
• Good at business analysis, risk and management control 
• Good at observation, problem solving, and efficiency 
• Good at communication and decision making
