KOFI Co., Ltd. is the leading distribution company of Espresso Coffee and Espresso machines in Cambodia; our main products are coffee machines, coffee bean, syrup, chocolate, and other related accessories. Now we are looking for dynamic and qualified candidates to fulfill the following:

• Providing a high-level customer service process to the Kofi’s active and potential customers
• Monitoring and reporting customer inquiries and complaints to sales supervisor and manager 
• Work with related department to assist in follow up with any issues
• Ensure that all new goods in showroom always clean 
• Handle stock on KOFI showroom ensuring it is correctly between report and stock on hand• Records all borrow items related stock on KOFI showroom and make sure all product available for selling 
• Providing sale reports and customers’ visited showroom to supervisor and manager• Other duties as assigned by supervisor and manager 

• Preferred in Female Candidates 
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field. 
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in sale 
• Good Customer service, interpersonal, English, and Computer skills 
• Be honestly, hard-working, optimistic and enthusiasm, etc.
