Direct Report to : Chief Technical Officer

• To develop the most appropriate method and sequence of shut down and turnaround activities in conjunction with all team members 
• Serve as the engineering leader and technical expert 
• Answer questions and resolve issues brought forth by the engineering team members 
• Create detailed engineering plans, processes, and procedures for engineering staff to use and abide by Propose and oversee budgets and timelines for engineering projects 
• Check and confirm the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by engineering staff 
• Conduct various tests and quality assurance checks to verify the quality of completed projects 
• Monitor and determine various staffing and training needs
• Hire, train, and supervise engineering staff members 
• Spearhead various research and development initiatives to identify opportunities for new projects and improved processes
• Communicate and collaborate with other managers, suppliers, and contractors 
• Prepare and deliver various engineering-related presentations, both internally and externally 
• Collect all the information related to the technical tasks and distribute that information to the right engineering staffs 
• Be the link between the Project teams on construction sites and the structural design team in Head Office to solve all encountered issues
• Assist the Chief Technical Officer in the analysis of technical parts of new tender to evaluate the amount of technical tasks and to prepare the tender clarifications related to structural designs 

• This position reports directly to Chief Technical Officer and liaison within the Engineering & Structural team, and all related project team members. 

• This position is to lead, guide and supervise the structural team to work effectively. 
• In case of necessary, this position will be required to manage some subordinate as per assigned by Chief Technical Officer. 

• Knowledge in construction standards (such as Euro code, ACI, ASCE, … ) 
• Good command of Khmer and English, both spoken and written 
• Computer fluency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and AutoCAD 
• Good knowledge in structural design software (ProtaStructure will be a Great Plus) 
• Good inter-personal skills and ability to communicate well with staffs at all levels 
• Good leadership for leading a team with different profiles 
• Ability to interpret the plans and liaise with clients, architects and project managers 
• Demonstration of innovative approach to problem-solving and idea development from conceptualization to completion 
• Good knowledge of available materials/products and the difference of techniques or resources available 
• Strong team player 
• Good work ethic with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines
• Positive mindset to deal with all encountered issues 

• Bachelor | Master degree of Civil Engineering or equivalent. 
• At least five years of related experience in structural design and solving design issues. 
• Be able to use related structural software being required by the job such GRAITEC, SAP2000, ROBOT, ETAB, other Advanced Engineering Design Software. ProtaStrucutre and related BIM software will be a Great Plus. 

• Working time : 8:00am-5:00pm 
• Working day : Monday - Saturday (Half day) 
• Holiday : Under the National Law
