1. Summary:
- Implement new digital banking functionalities on top of the existing functionalities and any other third-party integration project.
- Well understanding and develop attractive concept of UIUX mobile app.Implement new digital-related projects as per assigned by the manager.
- Monitoring daily performance of mobile banking operations or other digital products to ensure the smoothness of business channels.
- Work closely with IT to keep enhancing mobile banking channel.
- Coordinate and facilitate with related team to solve the encountered issues of digital products.
- Monitoring and observe about digital products that is implementing in the industry.
- Develop documentation such as policy, manual, workflow, and procedure to support product roll out.
- Provide training to related staffs to ensure that the product/service will be operated smoothly for customer usage.
- Prepare and present reports to managements.
- Degree in Banking or related fields Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital banking especially working in digital product (Mobile app, Card, ATM).
- Good understanding on digital banking products, Mobile app/ATM/card infrastructure, policies and procedure establishment
- Good Computer literacy, especially in Ms. Office Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English
- Have ability to work independently, self-managed, and proactively as a member of a small, busy teamHave high integrity, honesty, and commitment and be able to work under pressure with high tolerance
- Working day: 5 days/ week from 8AM - 5PM
- Address: Head Office, Building #398, Preah Monivong Blvd, Sangkat Boeung Keng Kang I, Boeung Keng Kang , Phnom Penh.
