1. Job Description 

•  Concept study Architecture 
• 3D Modeling design all type of architecture 
• Plan layout of project 
• Shop drawing 
• Standard of Material 
• Communicate with contractors to implement designs 
• Daily report progressing for Architect design 
• Preparation all document of design 
• Monitoring & Inspecting Work 
• Site consulting & advice 
• Work independently or with consultant architects/engineers, design and prepare plans and specifications, develop cost estimates, and coordinate implementation of capital improvement projects, oversee the work and administer consultant construction 
• Represent department to both external and internal clients and builds positive and mutually beneficial relationships 
• May review building plans and site design for aesthetics, environmental acceptability, compliance with codes and standards and accessibility requirements 
• Design projects and/or review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws and regulations 
• Other duties assigned by superior 

•  Bachelor degree in Architecture field or any equivalent 
• At least 3 years experienced in similar position 
• Technical qualification construction discipline 
• Good behavior, Hardworking, Flexible, Honest and Self-motivated 
• Good communication, friendly and welcoming person 
• Able to work under pressure and good at team workGood in writing/speaking/listening English 
• Auto Cad 2D, 3D, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Max V-Ray Rendering, Blueprints
