1. Job Description 

•  Supervisors, sources of knowledge and oversee the work of others, act as liaisons and solve problems when they arise 
• Responsible for developing and designing internal relevant projects 
• Understanding project conception needs and developing the right and model concept 
• Develop, work on interior design assignments, included conceptual schematic design through project 
• Monitor and cross check for all external project drawing design 
• Manage and prepare well for construction site visit and check on construction progress with proper working report 
• Solve all problems that might occur during construction process 
• Checking and correcting mistake on construction drawings 
• Analysis the problem of the drawing and report to top managementOther tasks assigned by manager. 

•  Bachelor degree in Architecture field or any equivalent 
• At least 2 or 3-year experiences in similar position 
• Technical qualification construction discipline 
• Be able to organize the project 
• Ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating work environment 
• Good behavior, Hardworking, Flexible, Honest and Self-motivated 
• Good communication, friendly and welcoming person 
• Able to work under pressure and good at team work 
• Good in writing/speaking/listening English 
• Technical Knowledge and SkillAuto Cad 2D, 3D, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Max V-Ray Rendering, Blueprints
