1. Job Description 

• Preparing inventory planning, monitoring of Product by stock are not over or not shortage
• Making daily report and counting all inventory available for use 
• Making good use of resources (both software & hardware) especially manpower to smoothen warehouse/distribution operation 
• Be fully accountable for goods/inventory without any damage, loss and discrepancy, whether in warehouse or vehicle. 
• Reporting inventory loss, over, broken or any error which happen to the supervisor immediately.
• Preparing inventory planning, monitoring of Product and raw material by stock are not over or not shortage
• Making daily report and counting all inventory available use
• Using FIFO method before issuing for use or finished product to customer or order from each department
• Preparing all products in warehouse to be in order and standard. 
• Checking waste report 
• Making daily check list and to do list for warehouse staff 
• Ensure all products are in clean and hygiene condition.

• Have experience minimum 4 years of relevant warehouse and distribution operation work experience. 
• Should be able to operate and take care of warehouse equipment well.
• Must have good problem solving skills and leadership quality.
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Decision making & problem-solving skills 
• Good interpersonal & people management skills 

•  Working day: 5& 1/2 days. 
•  Working Hour: 8 
•  Public Holiday: Follow by law.
