  • Checking daily sale report from showroom
  • Posting invoice to quickbook
  • Check cash deposit to Bank, Bank Transfer & Bank reconcile
  • Check physical stock count with system•Control Petty Cash
  • Assist in tax declaration•Control AP and AR
  • Control the inventory accounting system
  • Bookkeeping all the transactions into the system
  • Prepare Monthly sale report
  • Reconcile bank statement with the cash book and with the system as well
  • Prepare monthly purchase report
  • Control the billing process and payment to the suppliers.
  • BBA degree in fields of Accounting
  • Have experience 1-2 years in cashier or accountant
  • Good of spoken and written English
  • Computer Office Literature (Microsoft Office, Quickbook, Internet & Email, etc)
  • Fast learned, Dynamic, Team spirit, Flexible, Solving problem skills
  • Good communication, interpersonal and follow up skill
  • Honest and good commitment to achieve the target.
