Manage overall accountant and finance department such as planining, monitoringand evaluation.
Function staff base on capibilty ensure the headcount fit to the actual workactivities
Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial informationReporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how thecompany and future business decisions might be impacted
Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, accountreceivables, expenses etc.
Checking the report and collecting all cash from cashiersControlling end-to-end process of money transaction
Reveiwing financial report and monitoring financail detailAnalyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
Reviews and processes payments of the company.
Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statementsand company documents.
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll,invoicing, and other transactions
Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
Preparing monthly and annual reports

Excellent comprehension, analytical and problem- solving skills with ability to analyze large datasets and translate into comprehensive reports
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SPSS and other research applications and software
Good verbal and written communication skills in Khmer and English
Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
