Report to: Finance Manager

• Check the report of cash flow everyday 
• Check report of sales contract and double check on plot number on salescontract 
• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improvingprocesses. 
• Collecting and analyzing data 
• Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's salestarget 
• Manage and solve conflicts with clientsInteract and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members inother departments working on the same account 
• Establish budgets with the client and Company 
• Check the report of office, commission and site expences 
• Check and verify the accouting report by weekly and monthly 
• Collect sale report to analyst the profit and lost (P&L) every month 
• Other tasks assigned by line amanger.

•  Bachelor degree or Master degree ofBanking, Finance or related fields

• 3-5 years experiences of field accountingor finance

• Strong interpersonal skills. 
• Excellent communication skills, bothwritten and verbal 
• Problem solving 
• Good negotiation skills. 
• Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks andclients at once 
• Advance Advanced motivational and negotiation skills
