1. JOB PURPOSE: 

1. Expected to support with filing company registration and local business licenses as required 
2. Support with setup of financial ERP system 
3. Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Counsel, Cost Accounting,Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition 
4. Coordinate and be responsible for budget preparation and financial forecast preparation 
5. Prepare and publish monthly financial statements and cash flow forecasts 
6. Facilitate LC credit line and working capital lines as required 
7. Oversee treasury and cash flow, inventory cycle counts 
8. Coordinate regulatory reporting alongside the company’s nominated auditors
9. Oversee month-end and year-end close process 
10. Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings 
11. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen financial controls
12. Ensure PO approval process is followed, using the ERP system

• +10 years of combined accounting and finance experience in manufacturing. Experience working for textile companies would also be a bonus 
• Experience working on financial statements and month-end/year-end close process, budgeting 
• Proficient user of accounting / business management software 
• University degree, preferably in accounting/finance related fields 
• CPA or CMA preferred 
• Computer skills including word, excel and powerpoint. 
• Strong attention to details and ability to organize self and others 
• Self-directed with ability to problem solve. 
• Strong communication skills, able to clearly relate ideas and details to partners, customers andinternal team both verbally and in writing.
•  Fluent in written and oral English. 
• Understanding of other languages such as Chinese (Mandarin) would be a bonus.
