Overall, in charge of the branch assigned. Ensure staff and assets are secured and looked after properly
Possess leadership qualities to lead staff to improve image and reputation of company
Secure loans and meet targets assigned
Maintain expenses and develop proper management of resources• Lead and guide all staff especially credit personnel to have a higher standard of work level.
Maintain profitability of branch through securing and increasing customers base
Maintain relationships with customers and bring it to a higher level in community.
Find revenue and reach target for branch
Responsible to prepare training schedule, training, coaching, and development and work closely with all departments
Responsible to mentor and guide staff
Responsible to make sure staff are well trained and provide good service to meet performance expectation and work closely with each other
Responsible to conduct and performance appraisal also work closely with HR department
Evaluate staff performance bases on the results and obvious work achievement and submit that performance appraisal
Manage and maintain well company’s properties.
Other tasks as assigned by management

Working day: 5.5 days/week | 8 hours/day
Public holiday: Follow government
