1.Job Description: 

• Looking for more customers (tenants) to hit the target successfully.
• Schedule the meetings with customers. 
• Do research of leasing prices
• Liaison with agencies 
• Manage leasing process ((Quotation +Floor plan, Letter Offer, Lease Agreement, Renovation, Lift Access Card, Orientation & Hand Over Report.)
• Supervise the daily operations of security, cleaning.
• Develop checklist and report template for checking on building services including cleanliness of toilets, walkway, lighting, flooring, corridor etc. And oversee parking area both basement and external space
• Conduct periodic inspections of the building and tenant spaces to ensure compliance with leases and the proper upkeep of the property
• Handles tenant complains and service requests and must be familiar with the terms of tenant leases in a timely and courteous manner 
• Follow up with the tenant to ensure satisfactory resolution of the issue.
• Collect and prepare all building space information and submit to management. 
• Handle any other tasks as assigned by management. 

• 3+ years experiences of directly relevant Commercial Real Estate Property Management experience, or Building leasing 
• Effectively prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing (Khmer and Chinese), English is a Plus. 
• Having a good interpersonal skill with customer (willing to persuade, contract agreement etc.) 
• Dependable & flexible as well as possessing the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Proactive, initiate follow-through. 
• Can do attitude, high commitment toward work that assigned by upper level.
