PURPOSE STATEMENT: 

• Support customers such as project, condominium, apartment, villas and other big projects in Sihanouk Ville 
• Support sales team to achieve sales target and expected performance area
• Support and approach new prospects and meeting with clients, with problem solving 
• • Support and build up, maintain and develop customer's relationship• Support, coordinate and implement sales targets set by management, prepare sales and statisticsand related forecasts 
• Conduct sales meetings with potential clients and identify their requirements. 
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support 
• Work in coordination with technical team and operations team 
• Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules
•  Support sales team when closing sales 
• Meet all sales quotas and goals• Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals
• Prepare market intelligence report and market price survey
• Other tasks as assigned by management

• Bachelor Degree in Business and other equivalent degree. 
• At least useful 5 years work experience in similar position. 
• Experienced in sales of building materials preferably concrete, cement for min 4 years 
• Prepare monthly reports for management 
• Collect report market intelligence related to competitors.
• Continuously meet with key customers to ensure customer needs are met and satisfied 
• Execute market search and surveys while keeping an updated list of projects.
