PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

• Build up corporate customers such as project, condominium, apartment, villas and other big projects in Sihanouk Ville
• Achieve sales target and expected performance area 
• Approach new prospects and meeting with clients, with problem solving 
• Build up, maintain and develop customer's relationship
• Coordinate and implement sales targets set by management, prepare sales and statistics and related forecasts
• Follow up payment of the customer to comply with company's credit policy 
• Prepare market intelligence report and market price survey
• Other tasks as assigned by management

•  Prior experience in a similar role as whole sales or project selling 
• Good communication and presentation skills 
• Good in interpersonal relationship skills 
• Working under pressure and meet deadlines, and result oriented 
• Planning and organizing skills 
• Problem solving and analysis 
• Supporting and cooperating
• Skillful in computer application including word, excel, and power point
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales and Marketing 
• Bachelor degree in Business administration/Sales and Marketing or equivalent
• Should have good networks within industrial electrical, power and automation company 
• English & Chinese language is additional advantage

3. Proper plan visit and report for daily/weekly/monthly
