1. Role:
- Responsible for the Retail Net Sales and sales growth rates for the responsible area;
- Responsible the number of TOA Retailers to have a strong coverage of the Retailer Universe;
- Responsible to deliver the Active Customer Ratio;
- Responsible to deliver the “Shop Share” targets;
- Responsible for the “Go-To- Market” tools, “Trade Promotions” and “Consumer Promotions”, “Store Branding” executions and “Sell-Out” activations;
- Responsible for collections;
- Education: Bachelor/Master Degree in Commerce or Business Administration;
- Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in a Retail Sales Leadership role either in Building Materials or Consumer Products Industry. Understanding B2B2C Business Models;
- Type: Intelligent, analytical, dynamic, results-oriented, strong execution skills, outgoing personality with excellent verbal and presentation communication skills;
- Competencies: meeting the TOA DNA;
- Computer: able to use Microsoft Office;
- Language: proficient in Burmese and English;
- Working day: Monday to Friday in 2 weeks and Monday to Saturday other 2 weeksWorking hour: 8AM - 5PM
