• Production Yield & KPIs management, department & personal
• Lines control operation and maintenance 
• Production cost control and improvement 
• Teams target setup and control, base an department set up
• People management and productivities control 
• Goal at interpersonal skills
• Staffs improvement and training 
• 5s & Housekeeping and safety 
• Update performance by daily, monthly and yearly 

• Bachelor degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering 
• Minimum 1-5 years’ experience in working in Production with preferably from decorative paint business Coating or Petrochemical industry business.• Good understanding of local safety regulations. 
• Strong safety process environment promoter 
• Production Scheduling, Setting objective, Team Building, Team Appraisals, Commercial Awareness, and Budget Management
• Strong organizational, planning and problem solving 
• High service mind and excellent communication and interpersonal skill. 
• Good command of English is required 
• Computer literacy (MS word, excel, PowerPoint, E-mail) 
• Have a good managerial skill to persons who under supervisor 
• Have a good managerial skill in inventory control system. 

• Working day: Monday to Friday in 2 weeks and Monday to Saturday other 2 weeks 
• Working hour: 8AM - 5PM
