• Minimum 1-5 years’ experience in working in Production with preferably from decorative paint business Coating or Petrochemical industry business. 
• Good understanding of local safety regulations. 
• Strong safety process environment promoter 
• Production Scheduling, Setting objective, Team Building, Team Appraisals, Commercial Awareness, and Budget Management
• Strong organizational, planning and problem solving 
• High service mind and excellent communication and interpersonal skill. 
• Good command of English is required 
• Computer literacy (MS word, excel, PowerPoint, E-mail) 
• Have a good managerial skill to persons who under supervisor 
• Have a good managerial skill in inventory control system.
