1. Job Description 

• Monitor incidents of injury, illness, and other situations within the plant and write reports detailing health and safety 
• Design strategies to reduce incidents of illness, environmental accidents, and other issues that may affect safety
• Walk into the field to investigate environmental accidents and other safety concerns and investigate reported incidents.
• Design training programs to provide safety awareness education and provide the presentations about HSE activities as set out in job description and other duties as assigned by Plant Director 

• A bachelor’s degree or related field
• Excellent English communication and public speaking as well as strong teamwork skills
• Good analytical skills and the ability to think critically 
• Self-confidence, respected, and high integrity 
• Perseverance in investigating alleged noncompliance which must be organized, detail oriented, a self-starter, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and proficient computer skills 
• 2-3-year experiences in HSE process and working with manufacturing previously.

• Working Days: 5 days per week (MON-FRI)
