To ensure maximum optimisation of CRM for analysing reports and various other database
Seeking Attribution of the cases from the Insurer Partners and taking follow ups and proving proof to get the case credited in companys account
To understand the problem statement of the Business and provide right solution into the system so that the productivity of an agent increases
Develop and define product roadmaps and feature concepts
Define relevant market segment and product positioning
Plan and coordinate with design, development analytics, testing team for planning different phases.
Provide Product Training to floor manager and sales executives to enhance productivity
Planning, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving all aspects of training functions and processes in sync with business growth
Liasoning with various Insurers for the proper execution of their product and issuance
Preparing process flows of all the department for the smooth functioning of the center, ensure internal and auditory compliance
Ensure Good Service in end to end process for sales team and customer ride
Provide prompt and efficient service to client including appropriate escalation of any issues, assisting customer in Claim settlement and coordinating with the concerned department for an immediate resolution
