Job Description:

• Prepare for any PIO operation
• System set up and maintenance for PIO items
• Managing / Creating PIO order to vendors
• Receiving PIO item and maintain inventory system
• Quality checking for PIO item upon arrival from vendor
• Quality claim management related PIO item
• Coordinate for PIO schedule
• Prepare PIO report and status
• Maintain item serial number installed in each VIN

Requirement:

• At least 5 years experience in PIO operation, Procurement, Inventory Control, Logistic Import and Local.
• Good understanding in ordering and warehousing management
• Advance understanding in Inventory Management
• Familiar with SAP, MM module
• Good understanding in production process and procedures
• Good understanding in vendor management (Import and Local)
• Cost cautious
• Good communication in English is a must
• Good understanding in global / regional automotive related issues
• Proficient skill in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java.
