JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Collecting data and documents in the field needed to assist Community Program and Evaluation in conducting Logical Framework Analysis as a basis for program planning.
• Prepare the master plan and implementation stages of the Community Development program based on the Community Program and Evaluation analysis report.
• Make the list of needs, prepare technical documents, & allocating budget prior to program implementation to ensure the program runs well.
• Responsible for documentation during program implementation as supporting evidence for activity reports.
• Monitoring program implementation regularly related to social aspects, team members, and program sustainability included all data & documents related to program evaluation
• Collect all data and documents related to program evaluation in the field and report data gaps between planning and realization in the field.
• Identify proposals for donations and sponsorships from external parties related to the company's Community Development program.
• Communicating directly or indirectly with parties involved in program implementation (NGOs / Communities / Government / Volunteers, etc.) for coordination during the program.
• Creating monthly reports based on Community Development activities.
