Job Description

• Collecting data from Community Liaison, Community Development, Community and management as material for program analysis.
• Making Logical Framework Analysis and files for each CSR activity plan in accordance with the social mapping and activity targets.
• Conducting program design covering types of programs and financing according to the analysis results and target benefits
• Coordinate related administration with the community liaison and community development for the implementation of CSR program runs well.
• Control, monitor and evaluate all CSR activities to achieve ISO 26000, Proper, sustainable programs and document them.
• Collect all documents of monitoring and evaluation Events that will be held by CSR either through Community liaison or Community Development with information or release to the press, to facilitate the control of reporting and evaluation of the development of the activities.
• Evaluating proposals and letters and grouping and gathering into community relations and community development activities to simplify the process of controlling budgets and activities
• Develop a program implementation budget for community relations and community development
• Communicating with third parties and / or beneficiaries and carrying out monitoring and evaluation so that activities are well organized
• Carry out and calculate SROI to measure the impact / benefits and effectiveness of the programs that have been implemented and set forth in the form of a report
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, half year (semester) and yearly reports based on CSR activities.
