JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Identify requirement of PRs received from related users and verify the specific requirement to align with proper procurement processes.
• Make inquiries to suppliers for goods and services as required by users/line
• Convert PRs to POs/ WOs within the stipulated target time frame and in line with our company general policy and procedure of procurement as well as business ethics and code of conducts.
• Achieve specific costs savings target for the department set by General Manager
• Generate required reports timely and accurately

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A university graduate preferrably from Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years working experience / exposures in procurement, supply chain, logistics, sales and marketing, business development and technical fields. Good command in English in both writing as well as spoken
• Good communication & negotiation skills.
• Good computer skills and analytical skills.
• Good command in English in both writing as well as spoken.
• Good people skills
• Strong reasoning skills
