Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting aramex goals.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Define the client’s KPIs and monitor it. - Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly business results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment. - Keeping accurate records pertaining to projects visits and business updates.
- Record and resolve complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
- Manage and develop the client retention strategy.
- Manage the launching of the new client’s projects until deliver it to operation team.
- Negotiate and manage contracts process and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- Target growth through extending current markets and developing new services and new markets.
Job Requirements
- Customer Handling Experience (0-1) years
- Bachelor degree Holder (Logistics/ Supply chain Major Preferably)
- Customer-oriented
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Problem Solver
- English Language Fluency
- Available Vacancyin 6th of October (Industrial Zone)
