Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting aramex goals.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

- Define the client’s KPIs and monitor it. - Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly business results to internal and external stakeholders.

- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment. - Keeping accurate records pertaining to projects visits and business updates.

  • Record and resolve complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Manage and develop the client retention strategy.
  • Manage the launching of the new client’s projects until deliver it to operation team.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts process and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  • Target growth through extending current markets and developing new services and new markets.

Job Requirements

  • Customer Handling Experience (0-1) years
  • Bachelor degree Holder (Logistics/ Supply chain Major Preferably)
  • Customer-oriented
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Problem Solver
  • English Language Fluency
  • Available Vacancyin 6th of October (Industrial Zone)
