Tasks & responsibilities

• In your new role, you provide a framework and tools for the evidence teams to be effective and you enable the clinical development teams to successfully deliver on the Medicine Excellence goals.
• You support the cross-functional playbook development, maintenance, and refinement (in alignment with Corp Medicine, TAs and TMCP) for the evidence network with the goal to drive speed and competitiveness of clinical development at BI.
• Morover, you monitor cross-functional playbook adoption and adherence, and capture best practices and learnings from failures to generate best-in-industry development standards.
• You support a data-informed approach to evidence planning, you cooperate with various functions on program benchmarks and you contribute to initiatives, systems, and projects to further improve the working environment of the evidence network.
• Additionaly, you lead the design, alignment and roll out of platforms which enable communication and information for the Evidence Community
• As (Senior) Expert/(Senior Principal) Manager you provide (deep) subject matter expertise and experience to drive operational excellence in Clinical Development.

Requirements

• Advanced academic degree with long-term professional experience in global clinical development or the interface to other functions and elements regarding evidence generation
• Proven history of independent working under time pressure and approaching challenges with a solution-oriented pragmatic mindset and enthusiasm for agile working
• Strong vision & understanding on how to oversee a complex process landscape and to drive integration and evolution, including digital innovation
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external traditional and non-traditional stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills to align and convince partners and stakeholders beyond the own organization
