Position responsibilities include yet not limited to are:

• Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards and Systems to achieve set quality parameters of Packaging products.
• Assessing Customers requirements and ensuring that, those are met.
• Carrying out and monitoring testing & inspection of products and RM to ensure required quality of the Finished Goods.
• Supervising Laboratory and QA staff.
• Develop strategies to improve the production process to achieve quality parameters.
• Identify the training requirements of production and QA staff and train them to meet the quality standards
• To make sure whether the product goes through proper inspections and random testing.
• Liaising with Production, Customer Service, and Sales & Delivery staff.
• Handle Customer’s Complaints.

The successful candidate will also have:

• 8-10 years’ experience in a Packaging factory production
• Having sound product knowledge and experience working hands-on with products
• Ability to work under pressure when needed
• Assertive and experienced handling at least 50 members team

Educational:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Science is a minimum requirement.
• Having a technical degree/ diploma on product quality assurance or quality control is much preferable.
• Having relevant experience in quality assurance, inspection, auditing, and testing especially in a Carton manufacturing industry is required.
• Ample experience in implementing corrective/preventive measures is an added advantage.

Essentials:

• Has to be good with IQ.
• Person with good experience/knowledge in mathematical computation is preferred.
• A person residing close to Rajendrapur/Mirzapur area is preferred
• Good operating knowledge in computer applications.
• Should be able to join immediately.
• Age under 35 years
