Job Responsibilities

• To ensure proper supply of product as per requirement.
• To maintain connection with Merchants & Collectors for product collection.
• Maintain optimal level of customer services at all times by ensuring simplicity in services
• Ensure to resolve service problems by root cause analyzing of customer's complaints
• Coordinate supply chain process.
• Ensure proper delivery of products.
• Prepare reports as per requirement.
• Contact with customers if required.
• Take all necessary steps to maintain the supply chain process flawless.
• Any other tasks given by the authority
