Key Accountabilities will comprise:

• Provide legal support to Customer Development: Render legal advise on antitrust matters, trade terms and distribution guidance with clients. Drafting and negotiation of agreements. Daily advise to different channels business units.
• Provide support to E-Commerce models - B2B and D2C end to end project assessment (business design, drafting and negotiating E-Commerce related agreements, website terms and conditions and privacy policies).
• Advise on and ensure compliance with antitrust, fair competition, consumer regulation and Unilever internal policies.
• Provide legal support to Finance: advise treasury, accounting, credit collection and supply chain finance teams. Advise on Foreign Exchange controls regulation, perform risk analysis of investment and saving operations.
• Advise on new business models and M&A transactions. Perform risk assessments and business structuring.

Minimum Requirements

• Law degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in law firm or multinational company
• Fluent English
• Experience in presenting and communicating with cross functional stakeholders
• Self-starter and autonomous
• Strong analytical/design thinking skills
• Pro-active team player
• Antitrust knowledge will be valued but not required.
