Job Details

• 3 years of overall experience with minimum of 2 years local experience in an MNC
• Bachelor’s degree, with fluency in spoken and written English and preferably Arabic.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Recruitment
• Employee Relations
• Support Operations and Store Directors in managing and developing the store management team
• Support Managers in managing and developing the store team
• Guaranteeing corporate policy regarding Health and Safety, as well as corporate projects
• Establishing and controlling HR budgets

Mandatory

• Valid UAE Driving license preferably with own car
• With previous store management experience with involvement in employee relations, disciplinary , store staff recruitment, training etc
• fashion retail experience.
