Primary responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the S&PP team supporting a Client Group, Market Unit Service, or other organization of similar size/complexity
- Interact confidently and build credible relationships with senior leadership
- Represent S&PP corporate function to CG leadership
- Demonstrate deep understanding of the S&PP Service Catalog and service model; match S&PP services to business needs
- Identify and drive sales performance improvements by coordinating the efforts of S&PP team members with different roles and specializations
- Manage a small team in multiple locations, in-person and/or virtually
- Create and execute medium to high complexity workplans
- Demonstrate strong understanding of how S&PP Business Partners and the entire S&PP Corporate Function fit into the bigger Accenture picture

Educational Qualification
Must have:
- Undergraduate degree
- English language fluency (oral and written)
Nice to have:
- Business Management Education Desirable
