1.) Position Overview 

Videographer-Editor is responsible for shooting and editing videos and junior coaching editors in the workplace. 

2.) Responsibilities

•   Maintain, prepare, and set up production equipment such as camera, sound, lighting…etc. 
•  Study the video script/flow, plan and execute the best shot possible with the right mood and tone for each video. 
•  Edit short digital shows on the daily basis
•   Operate computer editing systems and equipment for video media and after effects. 
•  Finalize 6 to 9 videos with digital quality on the daily basis 
•  Coach teamwork in remixing and producing reaction videos
•  Ability to use the camera for video works and support producer

3.) Requirement 

•  Khmer & Chinese communication and written skills are required
•  Proficient in production equipment, camera setting, and editing software (Adobe after effect and Adobe Premiere) 
•  Ability to be flexible in finishing work on time with digital quality
•   Creativity and a passionate interest in the digital media show 
•  Patience and concentration 
• The ability to listen to others and to work well as a team 
• A high level of self-motivation, commitment, and dedication
•  Organizational and time management skills 
•  The ability to work under pressure to deadlines 
•  Communication skills both written and oral in Khmer and English
•  Experience shooting/editing various video projects 
•  Keep up to date with the video-making technique
