Job Responsibilities:

  1. According to the company's employment needs, formulate recruitment plans, release recruitment information, and conduct interview selection;
  2. Handle the entry, transfer, resignation and resignation procedures of employees, follow up the signing of relevant documents and the management of personnel information files;
  3. Carry out training work, refer to the group headquarters to formulate training courseware;
  4. Collect corresponding data according to the requirements of the group company, and do a good job in attendance and salary accounting management;
  5. Responsible for the maintenance of the office building environment and public facilities (canteen, accommodation);
  6. Responsible for the company's administrative affairs, such as translation, sending and receiving correspondence, mail, etc.;
  7. Formulate factory regulations or other management systems, and regularly update them in accordance with Cambodian labor laws;
  8. Complete other personnel and administrative work arranged by the leader.

Qualifications:

  1. College degree or above;
  2. More than three years of relevant work experience in personnel administration, familiar with the administrative work process;
  3. Proficient in operating office software, with experience in personnel recruitment and employee training;
  4. Able to withstand greater work pressure and handle complex problems and emergencies;
  5. Proficiency in Chinese and English listening and speaking skills is preferred.
