JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To execute/implement either individual or related section to optimized plant reliability by do problem analysis and suggest improvement or correction, looking innovation to improve operation capability either on equipment's or system
• Maintain all mechanical equipment are in healthy conditions in order that they can run well in optimum reliability to keep production process smoothly.
• conduct and follow up PM & CM activity daily request and prepare the weekly/monthly report.
• Collaborate with mechanical maintenance team including maintenance contractors and outside vendors to perform maintenance activity in accordance with maintenance plan.
• Evaluate, identify mechanical equipment problems to specify root cause and cost estimation to achieve equipment rectification correctly in accordance with the targeted budget.
• Propose and recommend for equipment repairs, vendor services and vendor spare parts in order to achieve good result in maintaining equipment healthy.
• Evaluate, propose the required training to improve skill and knowledge to ensure comprehensive capability in using the available facilities.
• Support Turn Around Maintenance Activity (Quarterly/Yearly)
• Identify, control in maintaining good work environment, comfortable and good relationship in between employee through collaboration among all divisions to achieve good performance in accordance with SHE requirement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer
• Have knowledge and experience for rotating equipment such as pump, compressor, turbine, fan
• Have knowledge for spare part of each rotating equipment
