The above-mentioned position exists at the Pretoria East Area Office and will report to the Area Manager:  Pretoria East.  The incumbent will be responsible to ensure the effective management of a team of Insurance representatives in order to achieve business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Recruit  up to eight high  quality  representatives  timeously  and  accurately
• Ensure  that  appointed  representatives  are  adequately  trained
• Manage  a  team  of eight  insurance  representatives  optimally
• Ensure  that  the  set  insurance  sales  targets  are  reached
• Ensure  and  monitor  compliance  with  respect  to  FAIS/FICA/LTIA  and  all  other  relevant  legislation
•  Risk  management
• Develop  and  expand  markets

Required Skills

• management : 2 to 3 years
• marketing : 2 to 3 years
• long term insurance : 2 to 3 years

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

• Proven  success  in  the  Marketing  of  Life  Assurance  for  at  least  three  years
