JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is a global top 1 company. This position is required to be based in Ha Nam - Manage and communicate with supplier to operate warehouse include daily operation, follow KPI and Quality. - Supervise staffs and supplier to verify outbound/inbound activities to make sure SOP and qualified products include: Counted, Picked, packed, handed over, inventory and transportation. - Making plan for Labor requirement in alignment with customer and outsource companies. - Make sure about the safe and efficient operation of materials handling equipment. - Supervise and utilize the space of warehouse, control H.S.E and security as standard. - Assure the integrity of inventory and assist in conducting physical inventories.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Graduated from University. - At least 8 years experience working in manufacturing environment 

- Proven leadership skills in previous jobs 

- In depth understanding of warehouse management system 

- Excellent planning skills 

- Capable to accurately handle complex analysis 

- Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma and Agile 

- Excellent English communication & reporting skills 

- Deadline and details driven - Problem solving and conflict management skills 

- Able to work under high pressure and tight timelines 

- Willing to work in Ha Nam
