Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manages iterative requirements or Agile methodology.
• Has knowledge of Pegasystems software, frameworks, and functional design.
• Manages the DCO sessions, ensuring requirements are captured in use cases.
• Familiar with tools like JIRA, Agile Studio etc.
• Maintains the functional backlog and supports the functional design, ensuring optimal use of PegaSystems functionality and adherence to guardrails.
• Collaborates with the technical team.
• Experience with Pega software, frameworks, and has worked on at least 2 to 3 full lifecycle Pega projects.
• Has Pega certifications - CPBA ( required at a min) and CSA (good to have)
• Validate development work
• Validate test scenarios.
• Support delivery and QA team as required throughout the project lifecycle.
