Responsibilities

• ️ Commercial forecasts preparing and analysis tools
• ️ Development, implementation, and maintenance of daily fully automated operational dashboards
• ️ Transforming business requirements to produce analytical reports
• ️ Reviewing and evaluating data
• ️ Closely business communication for calculation of departments' KPI

Required skills

• ️ 1+ year experience in Data analytics
• ️ Good knowledge of Excel, SQL / NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Clickhouse.
• ️ Commercial experience with BI platform (priority — Power BI)
• ️ Experience in Python programming.
• ️ Knowledge of statistics and experience in using statistical packages for analyzing datasets
• ️ Ability to classify and arrange data in the most convenient way

As a plus

• ️ Experience in developing ETL processes
• ️ Experience in Data Engineering or Computer Science
• ️ Basic understanding of window functions and CTE
• ️ Basic principles understanding of data warehouse building.
• ️ Basic understanding of Contact Center processes and key metrics
